6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because our Products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase:

All sales are final once the eBook has been delivered/downloaded. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after delivery, except as required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., corrupted file, failed delivery, duplicate charge), please contact us at support@careerhills.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue, including re-delivery or a refund at our discretion where appropriate.
